Nope! Any high-speed blender will work. Vitamix is amazing, but it’s not required. Just make sure your blender can handle ice and tough greens.
Blender juicing lets you keep control—smooth it out with cheesecloth or sip it with fiber. Less waste, less cleanup, more flexibility!
Not when you freeze it right away. Studies show up to 90% of nutrients are preserved if you store your juice properly. I also use lemon to boost preservation and nutrient absorption!
Up to 3 months for best quality. Just thaw it overnight in the fridge and shake before drinking!
